Smythe Volvo’s Taste of Silicon Valley
Second year of outdoor festival will raise
awareness and money for
InnVision’s programs to fight homelessness.

WHERE: Plaza de Cesar Chavez, Fairmont Plaza
ADMISSION: Admission is FREE. $12 beverage tasting kit includes wineglass or beer mug, plus 7 tasting coupons. Gourmet food will be sold or given away a la carte at food booths.
ATTENDANCE: 20,000+
FOOD: The festival will feature gourmet food from the best local restaurants such as Bella Mia, Eulipia, A.P. Stumps, House of Siam, The Golden Oak and others. Beverages will include wines from the Santa Clara Valley Winegrowers Association, and beer from local microbreweries.
ENTERTAINMENT: A main stage in Plaza de Cesar Chavez with contemporary music, plus a jazz and blues stage in Fairmont Plaza. Radio Disney will provide children’s entertainment at the Radio Disney Kids Zone. Last year’s bands included Chris Ford Steel Cut Blues Band, Lady Bo, Jimmy Dewrance Blues Band, Mood Swings, Company B, Rumours, and more. Noted Jazz guitarist Lloyd Gregory has already been signed for this year.
PARTNERS: Radio Disney will be sponsoring the Family Fun Zone children’s activity and tasting area, with activities for children and pre-schoolers. In The Tech Museum of Innovation will be hosting a Food Science and Technology expo at New Venture Hall.
