Assists in facilitating the operation of the shelter performing necessary tasks which include but are not limited to: registering and assigning beds; orienting new clients to shelter rules and policies; providing front desk services, and the provision of information and referral services.

Qualifies as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, facilitates groups, writes clinical assessments and paperwork, acts as case manager.

Master’s Degree in a Social Science field (Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Ed., Nursing).

Qualifies as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist or hold a State of California license or county waver.

Bilingual preferred.

Supervise 15 men in church facility: oversee evening meal, chores, night hours / morning wake ups.

Energetic, punctual, reliable, good communication skills, sensitive to public views – good P.R. skills.
