Executive Management Staff
The President/Chief Executive Officer, Christine Burroughs, is a strong visionary who has led the organization for over 20 years. She supervises a staff of approximately 100 at 26 locations with an annual operating budget of $11 million. She has overseen a massive expansion of programs and facilities including mergers and several major new construction and renovation projects. She has developed a diversified funding base including leading companies, foundations, and over 50 government contracts. Christine serves on several boards, is a Rotarian and a Realtor.
The Chief Operating Officer, Vicky Reader, MBA, is responsible for the oversight of the agency infrastructure and all day-to-day operations. As second in command, she provides oversight to the agency in the absence of the CEO. Her responsibilities include HR administration, staff development, facilities maintenance, supply procurement, property management, and administrative offices management as well as oversight of program services. She has 20+ years experience in corporate HR.
The Chief Financial Officer, Jane Sanchez, CPA/MBA, oversees finance, budgeting and accounting functions as well as asset management. She has over 25 years of experience in executive management in the areas of finance, administration and operations in the Silicon Valley including owning her own company. Her particular expertise includes process development, risk management and long-term strategic planning.
The Senior Director of Government Compliance, Denise Scovel, has been with InnVision for 20 years. She is responsible for all government fund development, contract negotiations, government compliance and billing oversight for $4 million/50 contracts. Ms. Scovel is the main point of contact between federal, state, county and city government entities and the agency. She has 20 years of experience in personnel administration in private industry.
As Director of Strategic Alliances, Matt Osment, MPA, has worked in a wide variety of settings in both Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol for the past 22 years. He is responsible for evaluating and enhancing program services across the agency with a focus on developing strategic partnerships. Matt served as Chairman of the Santa Clara County Alcohol and Drug Contractors Association (ADCA) and was on their Executive Committee. He became active with the SVCN Advocacy Voice project and has helped to bring the messages of the nonprofit community to the County Board of Supervisors and to the public at large.
