The goal of InnVision is to provide emergency shelter, transitional/supportive housing and comprehensive services for men looking to get back on their feet. In doing so the men receive a safe environment free from drugs and alcohol to work issues causing their homelessness, secure a job and search for permanent housing.

This program would not be possible without the following major contributors, partnerships and collaborators: Santa Clara County Drug and Alcohol Department, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), CDBG of San Jose and Campbell, City of San Jose, Santa Clara County Social Services, Community Faith Based Organizations, Santa Clara Adult Education, Gardner Family Healthcare for the Homeless, Kaiser Permanente, YMCA and the Valley Transportation Authority.

 Transitional/Supportive Housing

When the men staying at the Montgomery Street Inn have secured full-time employment, they are eligible to move into the Transitional Housing Dorm. They work closely with our Transitional Housing case manager to maintain their employment and their sobriety and also begin working the search for permanent housing. Each man has his own private cubicle, available 24 hours for those working swing or graveyard shifts. The men pay a small program fee and they may stay in the Transitional Housing Dorm for a total of 10 months.
