InnVision the Way Home is Silicon Valley’s largest non-profit provider of housing, shelter, and services to the homeless, operating at over 20 sites from San Jose to Redwood City, serving 20,000 clients annually throughout the South Bay and mid-Peninsula, providing both emergency and longer-term housing, nutritious meals, and a vast array of services to men, women, children, veterans, and the mentally ill in an environment that is safe, friendly, and uplifting. Direct basic services include housing, food, clothing, showers, laundry facilities, health care, telephone and mail, computer access, case management, life-skills classes, job training, and children’s services. Extended services include household furnishings, free produce market, grocery distribution, and rental & utilities assistance programs.

InnVision is dedicated to empowering homeless and at-risk families and individuals in finding...the Way Home through our various programs & services:

  • Housing & Support Programs in both the South Bay and mid-Peninsula, provide Temporary/Emergency Shelter, Transitional/Longer-Term, and Permanent Housing for those in need in Santa Clara & San Mateo counties.
  • MultiService Drop-In Centers provide day services, resources, and tools for self-sufficiency to our clients in the South Bay (San Jose), and mid-Peninsula (Palo Alto & Menlo Park).
  • Food Service Programs provide hot meals, groceries and/or fresh produce distributions through our Shelters & MultiService Centers in our South Bay and mid-Peninsula programs .

We believe in providing services in an enriching environment that is uplifting and supportive. InnVision Inns are clean, well-designed and welcoming…just like home. A trained and compassionate staff provides guidance and encouragement to clients who are seeking self-sufficiency.

Our proven track record and success in leveraging community resources maximizes every dollar received—87% of our annual $11 million budget goes directly to client services. The InnVision approach to breaking the cycle of homelessness is innovative and comprehensive.
