InnVision serves over 500,000 meals annually. More than one-third of the meals served are provided by donations from our many partners. Helping InnVision to provide a meal is a great way for friends, families, faith based communities, service organizations, corporate teams, and school groups to serve together.

Meal Providers
Providers
Financially sponsor or provide the ingredients for a meal. The number of clients served per program range from 30-150 people. Can be combined with the preparer/server option. Opportunities to provide breakfast, lunch or dinner are available at most program locations. Click here to see a list of meal provider options.
Preparers / Servers
Prepare the meal with either supplies you have purchased or with InnVision materials. After preparation of the meal, take the opportunity to serve the food to our clients
Individual Food Program Volunteers
There are opportunities for individual volunteers as lead kitchen volunteers, food warehouse management, drivers, and food service division office support.
- Lead kitchen volunteer
Volunteer to coordinate meal providers, oversee food preparation, serving and clean up. Each shift is approximately 2 hours with a minimum commitment of 2 months. Shifts are available 7 days a week and 3 shifts per day - breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Food Warehouse Management
Volunteer to help manage the food donations at the main food warehouse. This task can accommodate groups of volunteers. Shifts by arrangement.
- Palo Alto Food Closet
Volunteer to help in the Palo Alto Downtown Food Closet distributing food to clients. Shifts by arrangement.
- Driver
Volunteer to pick up food donations at local stores, restaurants and corporations. Various shifts are available.
- Food Service Division office support
Volunteer to help in the Food Service office. Tasks may include assisting with meal calendars, filing, data entry, and mailing support. Shifts are weekday, daytime and require a minimum commitment of 3 months
Host a Food Drive
Help us keep the shelves stocked and meal ingredients on hand by hosting a food drive.
Corporate or commercial food donations

Donate Food
One of every three meals served at InnVision is donated. Donations of bulk food and prepared items are always greatly appreciated. Click here for a list of needed items and where to donate in the South Bay or on the Peninsula.
