Peninsula Programs
On the mid-Peninsula, InnVision provides services to homeless and low-income individuals and families with several programs including a 15-bed rotating-church shelter for singles, a church-rotating hot meal service, a 40-unit transitional supportive housing program, and a 20-unit permanent supportive housing program. Through these services InnVision Peninsula Programs provide food, showers, clothing, emergency assistance, medical care, and counseling to those in need in our communities in Northern Santa Clara County and Southern San Mateo County.

The Opportunity Services Center accomplishes its mission to serve the needs of the homeless and those at-risk in the Midpeninsula area by providing:
- the Adult Services Center for singles with a wide range of services from laundry and lockers, to computers and counseling.
- the Bredt Family Center for families with small children, providing a broad range of services to help with basic human needs, as well as enabling people to find stability and housing.
- the Opportunity Health Center provides primary care, mental health care, case management, and other supportive services to both adults and children.
- service to the wider community by providing creative responses to homeless-related problems, and engaging the community in service to meet those needs.
- a positive, caring environment, where promoting the innate dignity of every person is the highest concern.
The Bredt Family Center provides services specifically for families - both resident & non-resident. These services include adult education classes and workshops, child development activities, computer/Internet access, health care, case management, and information and referral.
Peninsula HealthCare Connection (PHC)
Located on the ground floor of the OSC

The PHC, a free clinic (accepts medical insurance as available), is a licensed community clinic providing a comprehensive range of health care services to the residents and clients of the Opportunity Center & Opportunity Service Center, respectively. Services include: Medical, Psychiatric, the Veteran's Administration Health Van, Family Practice & Pediatric Medical (with wellness care), and SSI/Disability Application assistance. This is not a walk in clinic, patients are seen by appointment, please call 650-853-0321.
PHC is operated by Opportunity Health partners (OHP), founded as a cooperative venture among the Community Working Group, InnVision, Stanford University School of Medicine, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, & the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
